Dr. Jacobs saved me! Out of hundreds of moles I have all over my body , he identified one that was the “most irregular”, it was melanoma. Just a day after the pathology report he set me up with an amazing surgeon for the procedure. Superb , talented and experienced doctor with great staff in a very professional and efficiently run office.

I travel from Rhode Island to go to Dr. Jacobs. He has halted my alopecia areata twice now! And he is as painless as possible, with his steady hand, patience, cutting edge knowledge. I trust him! and his staff!

I can't rave enough about this office and Dr. Jacobs. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jacobs for years for annual skin checkups and various minor skin issues. Recently, I have delved into the cosmetic side of skincare. After a knowledgeable conversation about my options I decided to go with the Vivace treatment and I am thrilled with the results. I woke up looking refreshed with smoother skin, and the treatment will continue to produce collagen in the coming months.

Dr. Jacobs is a first-rate dermatologist, physician and human. One can't often say this about a dermatologist, but Dr. Jacobs literally saved my life. Because of his intelligence and diligence, he uncovered that a dermatological problem was actually a symptom of a liver disease. Because that disease was caught early, treatment is possible. Usually this disease is not diagnosed until it is too late, resulting in either a liver transplant or death. Dr. Jacobs is extraordinary.

Dr. Michael Jacobs has been my dermatologist for more then 25 years. Dr. Jacobs is an expert in the field of dermatology.and is an expert diagnostician. Dr. Jacobs is always spot on with diagnosing and treatments.. Dr. Jacobs is kind to his patients and has a gentle bedside demeanor. As a nurse myself I have worked with Dr. Jacobs at the bedside for many years and it was always a pleasure because I saw his patients receive the best care possible. Dr. Jacobs is a true professional.

I have been seeing Dr. Jacobs for a few months now and have come to the conclusion that he does not care and always seems to be in a rush when it comes to dealing with his patients. I am no longer going to be seeing him as I would like a doctor to have an interest in doing his job as a doctor.

Dr. Jacobs caught my melanoma in stage 1. It was a mole so small I never would have seen it. The doctor who excised the melanoma was so impressed that he was able to find it. I live half away across the country and still make it to NYC to see him annually. No one checks for cancer like he does. I tried dermatologists closer to home and they merely look me over, waiting for signs to be dangerously visible. I trust Dr. Jacobs with my life.

I have been a patient since 1992. At that time I had a severe reaction to medicine which resulted in manifestations on my body.Dr. Jacobs, provided me superb care going so far to call me to see how I was doing. Through all these years Dr. Jacobs has always been there for me and there is no one I would trust more. May I mention he has taken care of doctors and there families at Weill Cornell. What better recommendation is there. Dr, Jacobs is the best!!
