What People Say About Dr. Michael Ingraham, MD
Reply
Dr. Ingraham is a great doctor. Truly helpful. Knowledgeable. Unfortunately, where he currently practices (Chapel Hill, NC), he works in a facility that charges 'facility costs' that the health in insurance does NOT cover. You are not told at the time of appointment and it is not obvious at the time you arrive for your appointment. In fact, they charge you your regular co-pay of $30 to keep you thinking all is normal. Weeks later you get the bill for $430 facility cost.
