An office that feels it is OK to shame patients for having to reschedule or cancel appointments. The receptionist may make you feel like your "case" is unimportant. Be prepared to hear that you are not a priority if you attempt to book an appointment.

Dr. Indelicato and his entire staff are wonderful, I would highly recommend Arthritis Associates. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable about new treatments and no matter how busy he is, he always takes as much time as I need to address my concerns and to answer any questions I may have. My calls are always returned very quickly, and they also have an infusion clinic right at the office, which is a tremendous convenience.

Identified and treated my Giant Cell Arteritus after three other doctors reviewed my symptoms, but were unable to asign the cause. His quick action prior to receiving the results of the biopsy he ordered saved my eyesight. I am very thankful that I linked up with Dr. Indelicato.

Very thorough, professional, personable. Staff folks are the best. Took over from Mathew Heller, M.D. and has brought the practice into the 21st century. Would recommend him very highly to anyone.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Indelicato to others. He is an excellent rheumatologist. For me it is important that my doctor have three things. First, and foremost a great educational background, second - empathy, and third be personable. I like that he takes into consideration your input regarding the medications he recommends and did I mention that his office does not overbook! You rarely have more than a ten minute wait. His staff are great at their jobs and very helpful.

Developing an unknown soreness and fatigue was a bit mysterious & unnerving ! After a visit w/ my PCP, she got me an appt. w/ Doc Indelicato on short order. The Doctor's assistant's Maureen's easy going manner really calmed my nerves. So when the Doc & I met, he was well briefed. We had a relaxed yet to the point conversation about what was going on, went over the options & set a path to improved health. The follow up's are just as good.

When I first met Dr. Indelicato I was in excruciating pain. I was unable to walk without crutches or a boot cast. As soon as I met him I was relieved he was the first person to know what was actually wrong with me. I have rheumatoid arthritis, at the time my left leg and my right ankle where immobile. Dr. I put me on a methlypredinsone treatment to begin with and then after some testing I was put onto Humira. After I think was only two shots of the Humira I was able to have my life back!
