Dr. Hulse received his medical training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. In 1991, upon completion of his medical degree, he assumed a one-year Clinical Faculty position at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He also received his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Mercer University. Since 1998, Dr. Hulse has been in private practice with his wife, Dr. Angela Falany. He has also served as Chief of Medical Staff at Northside Hospital-Cherokee and enjoys serving the healthcare needs of women in the surrounding counties through his office locations in East Ellijay and Woodstock, Georgia. Dr. Hulse is a Diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has active memberships with numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists and the American Medical Association.
