Andrea the office manager is extremely rude and incompentent. Never follows thru on referrals and have to call several times just to see that she follows up. When questioned why it had not been done, she will hang up on you. Have missed many specialist appointments because she screwed up the referrals. She needs to find another kind of work.

The office manager, Andrea, is incompetent and extremely rude. She doesn't follow through on referrals and when asked why it wasn't done she will hang up. I've missed 2 specialist appointments because of this office manager. What she should do is own up to her mistake and tell the patient she'll take care of it. It's a shame because Dr. Horowitz is a great doctor.

I have been in the office when rude patients are not getting their way. There are many times the office was trying to get answers from the insurance company or even get through to talk to them...onhold...and the patient being very rude with the office. Remember its a 2 way street. Don't dish it out if you cannot take it.

this is one of the worst experience in my whole life.. the doctor is GREAT, the staff is absolutely POOR. This person, ANDREA is the most cruel, tyrannic, horrible person on earth, I still wonder how she can sleep at night time. The way I was treated and some other patients were treated tells a lot about the staff. I would say, PLEASE GET AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

Absolutely the worst follow up and office staff I have ever dealt with. Zero compassion expressed by the entire office. Saw the doctor and had diagnostics performed, including an MRI with contrast of the head. Called to get results and doctor would not speak with me. Woman named Andrea told me on the phone your results are abnormal you should see a neurologist. How on earth can this be okay for a office to give a result like this, in this manner? Horrific experience.

While in transition from one doctor to the next. Humana stated that in order to be seen immediately, I would need to call Humana upon arriving at Medical Office, and they would need to speak directly to receptionist. At 10:15 am, I called Humana & kindly notified receptionist with orange hair that they were to accept call from Humana. She responded curtly, negatively and swiftly to myself and Humana, & rejected my appointment. Service was sub-par, rude, negative, & unwelcoming. Never saw Dr.
My first visit :The person receiving the patience is incredible rude, rolling eyes as she is making you a big favor. I decide to cancel my appointment and she throw me my papers!!!! . I ask to talk to the doctor and she told me I can't no see the doctor if I don't pay first. Here I am waiting for him !
