Dr Horowitz is excellent. He’s easy to talk with.Very professional and clean environment. The location downtown is not the easiest to navigate as a driver, parking is impossible. However, when I’m getting excellent care, I don’t mind. Wait time is none to normal 5-15 minutes. I have no complaints.
