DR Hebrard boosted to me of his affiliation with Richmond CA. Hebrard showing signs of stress. He dismisses patient without any regards. He refers patients to specialist and does not communicate with the doctor pertaining to surgery after care. Left with no explanation other than let the surgeon prescribe your medication for your back injury that Hebrard was treating me for. Surgeon was a Foot Doctor. He does other Richmond patients the same way!

I was referred to Dr. Hebrard by another Doctor. He has been my doctor for the last 14 years. He makes sure that any paper work that I bring in gets done ASAP. He has asked about my son. Dr. Hebrard takes the time to listen to what I have to say. Dr. Hebrard is a good doctor.
