Patient Comments (2)
in Chicago, IL |
I was sent here by my GP, for a sleep study and an ongoing mouth ulcer. After being put into a room the nurse came in asked her questions and left (leaving the door open). Few minutes later I hear my name being mentioned in the hallway she told Dr. Friedman that I was a high maintenance patient, I believe this was said because I was very worried about how much this was all going to be costing. I have visited the office 3 times still have the same problem and I still have no plan of action.

Everything from the office visits to the sleep studies have been an absolute joke. The rooms for the sleep studies are not comfortable. During office visits you are shuffled through 3 different rooms. You can never get a straight answer out of anyone. It's a mess. I am so unhappy I asked my doctor to find a new ENT.
