Yes the wait time is long and yes there are some loud (but not angry) voices but they are husband and wife (that explains a lot!) But fact is the guy saved my life. I am a 50 year old white male with Lupus and every other doctor missed it - except for Dr. Friedman. His diagnosis was spot on while the other doctors told me I had Leukemia, Lime disease, Lymphoma . But Dr. F nailed the other "L" disease: Lupus. so you wait 3 hours ...and have your life saved - I'll take that deal every time.

This dr's office is rude and disorganized. Was not acknowledged when signing in. The amount of papers at the front desks is worthy of an episode of "Hoarders." That may sound over the top, but I don't know how else to describe it. After 45 min of waiting, was assured I would be called back soon. Another pt told me she had been waiting over 2.5 hours. After ANOTHER 45 min (1.5 hrs of waiting room time), I decided to leave, since it was obvious I wouldn't be seen anytime soon. Won't be back.

His office is the most dysfunctional doctor's office I've ever experienced. The staff need customer service training. The area behind the front desk is messy, with stacks of paper everywhere. There are LONG wait times, and one staff person is usually raising her voice at the doctor to get him to go faster. Yes, she is practically yelling at him, and he raises his voice back to her. It's unbelievably unprofessional. I changed docs after my last experience.

Long wait time, however he listened to my concerns and ordered the tests I requested in hopes of determining what is the cause of my problems
