Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Enns "As an Interventional Radiologist who specializes in diagnoses and treatment of vein disorders, I feel it is very important to educate patients in the severity of venous disease and to help them understand that there are treatment options that can better their quality of life. Vein disease is under diagnosed causing people to have to live with unnecessary pain. At CAVC, we are very thorough in our evaluation and treatments. We also specialize in vascular (and most general) ultrasounds as well."

Patient Comments (6)

As far as the wait time that some have mentioned in their review most of it is for a reason. You can't always expect to see the doctor as soon as you arrive. On the first visit which includes the ultrasound it does take a little while because first the ultrasound has to be completed, then the...more

It is true about the timing. Expect to spend about 4 hours for the first visit (and procedure day about 5 hours) BUT I was not waiting around the whole time on either visit. First technician ultrasound for about an hour. Then waiting while Dr. Enns reviewed the ultrasound (45 minutes or so)...more

Very caring and wants you to understand what the problem is and how the procedure will help. Takes extra time with patients to insure that they know what is happening. Actual procedure is not as scary as you might think. I don't know my results yet, but will update when I can determine if it was...more
