Dr. Dugan was the worst oral surgeon that I saw (and I saw a lot). I told him that I had anxiety and a lot of questions about the procedure, and he seemed in a rush and hesitant to answer my questions. I told him that I also have a strong gag reflex, and he pushed the little mirror down on the center of my tongue, which obviously caused me to gag, and he then rolled his eyes. He was rude, arrogant and down right mean. He then admitted that he is incompetent and said he couldn't do the job.
