The time you spend in the “waiting room” is almost Non existent. He greets you himself (like in the good old days). Listens and is confident. Great physician.

Dr. Diteresa used to take time & think outside the box. My recent physical was just him taking my blood pressure, legs dangling, arm hanging, & over my sleeve, Then prescribed the same BP meds from 2 years ago before I lost 65 pounds. He begrudgingly answered a couple questions. His staff coded the labs wrong so instead of getting free labs as part of my physical, I got billed. The staff won't/can't fix it and now my lab bill has been sent to collections and the staff won't commit to fixing.

We were very dissatisfied with Dr. DiTeresa. Dr. DiTeresa saw my son through Tomball Hospital after being emitted in the emergency room. Dr. DiTeresa came in the room threw the lights on at 6:00 am and asked how my son felt. My son had actually been asleep, how was he to know how he was feeling so abruptly. When I asked why a MRI was being pushed or needing to be done his answer----"I don't know." " I was just brought in." GREAT answer from someone that you are to get treatment from.

Been his patient since he opened. Cares about your problem and will fix it if he can and not just send you to some else which is what all doctors use to be.

If you use only Medicare, don't bother, because his staff will tell you in a heartbeat, he won't take it, so everything is an out-of-pocket expense. Just be forewarned.
