Terrible experience. Guy took out his hearing aid because he didn't like the noise the office ventilation fan sounded. I had to shout and he still couldn't hear me. The woman who received me was unable to answer simple questions about what they prescribed me and how it impacted my body. Instead she directed me to the pharmacist who would fill the prescription.

Had to wait over 45min past my scheduled appointment, then he gave me about 2min of his time and said I had dermatitis and wrote me a prescription. Please note I was desperate and had no insurance, just the office visit for 2 min of his tim cost me $718 not to mention the prescription cream at $620 and guess what this guy is a freaking idiot I didn't have dermatitis, I have psoriasis, so i suffered for 5 years thinking I had one thing because of this idiot when in fact I had something else.

I've had nothing but good interactions here. The staff is all gorgeous women. I have acne and scaring so I was intimidated at first. I was treated so kindly and with such respect and understanding that I actually felt comfortable, especially dealing with his medical assistant. The doctor does not spend a lot of time with you and he is old, but he immediately diagnosed my skin problem when other doctors had failed. Dr. Cusack spent the same amount of time with me that other doctors do.

Very strange experience. He may have been having a rough morning. I said Hello, good morning and he response was WHAT!? WHAT!? The appointment got increasing weird, it was had to ask questions. I felt so uncomfortable. I was thinking with all his experience he kept mentioning that he would have made some effort to listen or express a genuine concern for my well being. The wait was long, the service was poor, the treatment was rushed, the billing is the most confusing. I'd never go back.
