Dr. Cosgrove is an outstanding physician and pain management specialist. He listens to what you have to say, absorbs it, and devises a plan of treatment. He's very open to patients advocating for themselves, and treats your opinions and ideas with respect. He has performed two radio frequency ablations on my lumbar spine, as well as injections into my hip joint and bursa with very minimal discomfort, all with great success. His Physician's Assistant, Betsy, is an absolute dream to work with as well. Kind, open minded, and genuinely interested in her patients. All in all, I've had a wonderful experience with this doctor and his staff.

I am not this doctor's patient -and I think I never will be- because I tried to make an appointment with him because of the terrible pain I have and they left me waiting on the phone for a long time and then they said goodbye and hung up on me.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Cosgrove for several years and we couldn't ask for any better service from him or his entire team of professionals from the receptionist to the scheduler for procedures. Dr. Cosgrove has always been friendly and upbeat while remaining very professional. The best part about seeing Dr. Cosgrove is I get so much pain relief and can resume a normal life.

I honestly feel Dr Cosgrove is one of the VERY best physicians I have ever had in my health care. I appreciate him so much! He has dealt with my pain for several years now and has kept me mostly pain free. Yesterday, he tried a new area and it worked. I can't say enough about him as a Dr. Thank you, Dr Cosgrove, you are amazing and TOC is fortunate to have you on staff. You truly care about your patients. Your bed side manner is great and your knowledge is top notch.

The most attentive provider I have ever worked with. Listens and understands other health issues affect your pain, pain level and management. Always takes the time needed with each patient, I'm sure to the detriment of his personal time. He is appreciated more than he knows! He listens to any problems with staff, scheduling, etc. and will correct if appropriate and able.

Had my first visit with Dr. Cosgrove a couple of weeks ago. The first impression is always formed by the staff. They were pleasant, professional and attentive. The wait in my room was longer than it should have been. Once Dr. Cosgrove made it to me he was very nice and a real pleasure to meet. My treatment options were introduced for consideration prior to my next visit and my immediate needs were addressed. In all it was a very good experience. Having dealt with considerable chronic pain for many years I would recommend Dr. Cosgrove and the TOC staff without hesitation.
