Dr Chacey is the ultimate best. The front desk ladies are very polite and attentive. The lady who did the pulmonary testing is a hoot. Loved workingg with her. Saw doctor who said needed test and joyce would call me. Have never heard from her. Have heard from other patients that she is slow getting tests scheduled, calls returned and papework completed. Everythjng was great except for her.

Everyone in Dr. Chacey’s office is professional, kind and caring. Dr. Chacey had clearly reviewed my records and combined that information with test results gathered by his staff to offer a plan of action. I appreciated his explanation of that plan and the desired results along with an alternative if the problem turned out to be something else. My first visit was an informative and positive one.

Dr. Chaney was very easy to talk to about a possible cancerous lesion in my right lung. I had just about finished my 5th year, cancer free from Breast Cancer when this lesion was found and I was terrified. He immediately calmed me down and answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a Great Pulmonologist , I felt so much better after our visit. He at least gave me Hope that this lesion may just be an infection and not cancer. PAB

Dr Chacey made time to see me for a sick visit on a day he wasn’t scheduled to be in clinic. He’s a great physician and I really like all of the staff that I have ever dealt with. The wait time has always been short, too.

I was referred for lung biopsy 8-10-17, by my pulmonary Dr. After hearing nothing I contacted Dr. Chacey 8-18-17, was told by receptionist "wasn't sure why we got this", and "haven't done anything with it because we have a lot of scheduling to do". Was finally contacted 8-22-17 by Dr. Chaceys office, 12 days after referral. No thank you, does not promote confidence
