Dr. Castillo has been in Private Practice in Phoenix for fifteen years. He is considered a leading expert in spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal catheter medication management for chronic pain syndromes.
Dr. Castillo is committed to providing the highest standard of medical care to his patients. This requires listening to the patient, doing a physical exam, and reviewing tests and radiology findings.
