He was also recently appointed to chief of orthopedic surgery at Sacred Heart Hospital and is a team physician for Northampton High School. In addition, Dr. Busch has a number of teaching responsibilities. He has been a lecturer in orthopedic surgery to third-year medical students at Lehigh Valley Hospital since 1987, an adjunct assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at the Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and a clinical associate professor at Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales. Dr. Busch is a member of several professional organizations, including American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Lehigh County Medical Society, Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and Lehigh Valley Orthopaedic Association.
