Never got a chance to meet the doctor himself. The staff is sooo unorganzed they can't even get it together to schedule a simple appointment. This leaves me wondering if they mess up on your medical files, ect.. I would never go this to their office

I would definitely recommend Dr.burnette to family and friends who are in need of a rheumatologist. However I would make it very clear that dr Burnettes tampa location has way better staff who are willing to go the extra mile to help you. They show you how much they care and love their job. DO NOT go to the vondenburg location. The staff there are lazy rude and unwilling to even do their job in a timely matter. Doctor is great but unfortunately he has the Worst staff ever at this location.

I went to him several times and was not happy. He seemed to be mumbling to himself. When he asked if I needed prescriptions I had to repeat myself three times and he still didn't get it right. He never really gave me a good examination, compared to other rheumatologists I had in PA. I told him my history but he did nothing in the way of explanation. Initially I wanted to have his partner but the receptionist told me he was all booked and Dr. Burnette was my only choice and I couldn't switch.

The weight time is very long. The staff is unfriendly. Every time I call to get medications refilled or to ask a clinical question. I am left on hold and no one calls you back. Would not recommend to anyone.
