He’s a great doctor who explains things well and really seems to care about his patients well being. Staff is nice, helpful and there seems to be a person for each important thing so paper work and all that stuff that hopefully we’re not injured enough to really know about gets done right Thank you

The office is run very well and professionally. From checking in everyone is polite, nice and knowledgeable. I was brought to the exam room on time. Dr Brunelli was polite, obtained a complete history and performed a detailed exam. Made the diagnosis accurately and made a precise and detailed treatment plan. He made me feel very comfortable. I would not go to any other practice for hand and shoulder problems.

A great, no nonsense visit. Dr Brunelli quickly identified the problem and suggested options for correcting it. I developed confidence in him and now have surgery scheduled with him.

I am very disappointed in the care given by this doctor. I met with him shortly after breaking a finger and he determined I did not need surgery and that it would heal fine with some PT. Despite months of PT and home exercises, this did not happen and my finger healed at a 90 degree angle and clearly needed surgery. Though this doctor's initial assessment was incorrect, I decided to push forward with surgery. I let his staff know the only conditions were that I needed a morning appointment and had a date the surgery must be complete by as I have other pressing medical needs. It took his staff changing the date/time of my appointment WITHOUT TELLING ME for me to decide I was done with this office. I asked Dr Brunelli to call and talk things through with me which he never did so I have decided to leave this post to warn others against the level of customer service and care they will receive if they see this doctor.

Dr Brunelli inspired trust from the first moment. He immediately identified the problem, explained the condition, described the treatment options, allowed time for questions and then gave me the injection needed. The appointment was handled with efficiency such as I have never seen and yet at the same time was comfortable and relaxed. I have already recommended Dr. Brunelli to other people.

I saw Dr Brunelli for CMC arthritis. I had several cortisone injections which worked but unfortunately only for a short period of time so Dr Brunelli suggested surgery. He assured me I would be pain free after the surgery. I have to say everyone in the Milford office were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so helpful. The front desk girls are so friendly. The medical assistant was very knowledgeable about my condition and put me at ease. the X-ray was also very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Two years ago, I visted Dr. Brunelli for an evaluation of a number of issues with my left hand. This resulted in two successful operations. Recently, I returned for his opinion on similar issues with my right hand. This time, I was reassured that no surgery was needed. I trust Dr. Brunelli immensely; he is thorough, discerning and pleasant.

This was my first visit to New England Hand Associates and it was a good experience. Dr. Brunelli took the time to explain the source of my elbow pain, the options available to me, and set realistic expectations for my recovery. I felt well-informed. My only criticism is that I didn't receive the notes we went over in the appointment, presumably because he mis-transcribed my email address.

This was my first visit with Dr. Brunelli on the recommendation from Dr. Spinelli (spine DR.) regarding carpel tunnel in my right hand. The office personal and his assistant were very nice and cordial. I liked Dr.Brunelli from the moment we shook hands. He was professional, smart, asked a lot questions and provide me with answers to any that I had. We discussed multiple issues going on with my hand and he provided a road-map on how to address them going forward. As soon as I deal with a shoulder issue, I'll be scheduling my surgery with him. I have all the confidence that with Dr. Brunelli help, my hand issues will be addressed

I have had several surgeries with Dr. Brunellli with excellent outcomes. His office is equipped with it's own xray unit for hand and wrist injuries, which is convenient. His practice is extremely busy, which is due to his expertise and he has such a likable personality. I have seen him with elderly patients and he is very calm, reassuring, and patient.
