Working as a gastroenterologist for over 25 years, I have learned that each patient must be taken as a unique individual with specific concerns and expectations. I believe that I should listen to my patients as they present what is troubling them. I take seriously my role in outlining the best diagnostic and treatment options for each patient. I encourage each patient to be actively involved in this process and will seek to provide guidance through the complicated maze of modern healthcare. I make it a goal to educate my patients regarding proven ways to improve their health. I strive to give each patient the same kind of careful attention that I would want for myself or a member of my family.
