About 22 years ago this doctor- whose breath could kill an elephant - implanted lenses in both eyes, and then a laser to fix one. Last week one slipped. When I called to get just a brief opinion on what option I do, I was told by his horrible office manager "Sweetie, he doesn't even know who you are, he won't remember you and we don't keep records past five years." And then she hung up on me. Believe this: Your eyes are too i'portant for this guy, who also does "faces" now..

The setup he has for doing cataract surgery is brilliant and efficient. He does only left eyes on one day and only right eyes on a different day of the week. Mine was done a number of years ago - what sticks in my mind is the efficient setup he had and how I had absolutely no problems during or after. I have been a patient for a long time. Probably 15-20 years, maybe longer.
