Reply
Dr. Berno is a good Dr.But his staff and facility needs some work.We had a medicine emergency or so we thought but at the time it was urgent before thanksgiving.Every situation should not be handled the same way.staff told my husbandafter he told him the situationthey would call him when it was ready but did not tell him they would not be taking care of it that day.I called and they said the dr had left. The front staff n mngr were reluctant to hand him a note between patients. Inconsiderate
