We were referred to Dr Bell when our son was 9 years old. We suspected epilepsy in him from the many experiences we had observed. Dr Bell did not listen and was really rude, very disappointing to have such a poor neurologist in Bend. Almost have to believe the man may be bipolar by the way he conducts himself. I wish him the best but he will not be seeing me again.
