New patient refused service. First, it's three months out to get a new patient appointment, then the Doctor cancels on me the day before because he is going away on vacation. Then, they never give me the new address and I go to the old office and ultimately end up five minutes late. They won't let me see the Doctor or reschedule. Dr. Michael Bean was rude about it and so was the office manager Duffy. Stay away. Grievance filed with insurance company and state.

I've been going to Dr. Bean for more than a decade. He is a superb primary care physician. He always wants to hear how you are doing in general, and never rushes through an exam, whether a routine physical or issue-driven appointment. He's terrific!
