I was very scared about the procedure but he and his staff helped me so much. They were all very kind and explained things well. He came to see me right after the procedure to explain what he did and found. While it is not a fun procedure I will not be afraid to come back for the next one.

My visit was horrible. He was rude and did not want to examine me as an patient. I will not recommend anybody to waste their money going to visit this doctor. My primary care doctor sent an urgent referral due to my emergency issue and this specialist had no concerns recommended I go to an ER, knowing at the ER there are no specialty doctors. The ER will charge thousands of dollars and send most patients to a specialty doctor so why would a GI specialist recommend the ER.

Dr Battaglino has from my first visit provided medical care and advice that exceeded my expectations. He always talks to me in terms I can understand, explains what needs to be done and why. His staff has always been caring and treat you like family, not a patient. I am grateful to have been referred to Dr. B by my family doctor- I have complete trust in the advice, decisions and care I have received.

Excellent experience with Dr. Battaglino and Wake Endo! Bedside manner was kind, professional, warm and not rushed. The staff is beyond fabulous! I did not meet a provider that was not nice and kind - thanks to the sweet lady at the front desk, great first impression when she thanked ME, Donna, Karen, Nicole, CRNA's Tina & Allie! All were so nice to me and supportive! I highly recommend Dr. B and his team! I knew I liked him, just read in his bio he is a Steelers fan! Good guy!!

The entire staff was excellent. I met Dr. Battaglino on previous visits accompanying a family member for their colonoscopy. I liked him immediately. I requested him for my colonoscopy. He explained everything that I asked and more and did it in a very warm and reassuring way. The procedure itself was easy. The followup instructions and report about the colonoscopy were thorough and answered all the questions that came to mind after I was home. It was an excellent experience.

When I walked into the clinic on a Saturday morning(what a great service that is for those of us that have difficulty taking time out of work) for my colonoscopy procedure, I was greeted by the staff at check in with a warm reception, taken back on time for the procedure and given a full explanation of what would occur by the nurse and the anesthesiologist. The experience was great! Dr. Battaglino is a very warm, kind physician and I would recommend this practice 100 percent!
