Patient Comments (1)
in Commack, NY |
After having a blood clot in my subclavian vein, being told that I would have to be on blood thinning medication the rest of my life (by another cardiologist), when I was only 19 years old, Dr. Barber thought to tell me of another option. He scheduled me with a vascular surgeon, who informed me that a surgical procedure was all I needed. After surgery, I have had no further issues and no longer have to be on a blood thinner. I've always felt that Dr. Barber takes time to explain things well.
