So impressed with everything connected with this visit. It is obvious from start to finish that Dr Lemma and his staff have a high degree of compassion and respect for their patients. On time and well prepared for my first visit, Dr Lemma had already reviewed MRI's and written reports so he could discuss various options for my treatment. In my case, instead of performing surgery immediately, he suggested alternate treatment plans. Looked out for what was truly best for me. Explained in detail

Dr. Lemma is an excellent Doctor and surgeon he explains things very well and easy to understand. I have had 2 surgeries my lower back I could not figure why I waited 15 years to have the procedure done. 10 of those Dr. Lemma helped me to continue working until we got to the point where we both said it is time to do it. second I just had my cervical spine done he took out 2 disc and fussed the spine. Both surgeries went very well I feel great I an still working every day installing ceramic tile

I interviewed three other surgeons prior to Dr. Lemma before making a decision to move forward with spinal surgery. Speaking with Dr. Lemma I felt comfortable and at ease. I was in the presence of an angel from heaven sent whose purpose is to heal broken backs. He explained my diagnosis and how he would rebuild my body. What I discovered was this type of surgery is routine for Dr. Lemma and his staff, he had more experience than all the doctors I interviewed combined.

Dr. Lemma is a very caring person, and he took the time to explain everything to me very patiently. I would highly recommend Dr. Lemma to anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon. He also has a very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient staff.

Just one of my better Dr. Visits. He really put me at ease. Explained everything, concerned about a couple issues, acknowledged my concerns. What an excellent "bedside manner, so to speak. He seems to genuinely care about his patients.

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

      Dr. Lemma's Care Philosophy

I strive to listen carefully to each patient in order to understand their problem and its impact on their quality of life. I then formulate a treatment plan, maximizing non-operative care to the greatest extent possible. When surgery is is indicated, I utilize the least invasive methods available to achieve the best long-term results.
