This was a six month prescheduled visit. The staff, as always, attentive, polite, professional. Two of six prescriptions were able to be discontinued. The visit went smooth and with an expected short waiting time as Dr. Krolick is, without doubt, very busy and in high demand. I am doubly lucky to not only have Dr. Krolick as my cardiologist but also to have one, as he puts it 'awesome' Protege as my heart doctor at the V.A. thru which I get my primary health care.

The Heart Institute is the complete package. It all began with an email reminder of my visit and a friendly administrative sign-in on arrival. My visit continued with the preliminary technician testing, followed with Dr. K's brief but complete physical evaluation and expert consolation, including my meds review and follow up visit requirements. There was no run around or interim holding rooms to fake efficiency either. My next visit was administratively confirmed and scheduled quickly, so I was out the door with my visit completed in minimum, yet efficient time. I also had a smile on my face knowing I was "Good to Go" one more time and with the confidence I had received the Highest Degree of Professional Medical Service to my satisfaction. It is a meaningful and rewarding experience every time I visit. Your Team also honored my time as well as its own with its streamlined process from the beginning to end. It was all "Well Done and Appreciated!" I look forward to my next visit.
