Patient Comments (3)
in Tulsa, OK |
I realize there are some who will consider the wait to be a negative against Dr Zano, but I completely disagree. I have had to wait, but I have also been on the other end where there was a need for more time and explanation of what is going on or a need for proper bedside manner during an uncomfortable situation. I would not recommend anyone higher than Dr. Zano for these types of situations. She handled them with care and concern as if she was a family member rather than a robot.
in Claremore, OK |
I never saw Dr. Zano. After waiting over two hours I left. This is a normal occurrence according to others who were in the waiting room.
