He was an ok doctor until he decided to leave the practice he was at without telling any of his patients. I had to find out from the office that he wasn't there and all they could give me was his email, which he doesn't seem to respond to after multiple attempts to get in touch with him. I am waiting on a release from him to return to work full time, which my work will not let me without it. This is affecting my livelihood now.
