We have been seeing Dr. Unikel since day 1 and I would definitely recommend her. As a new mom Dr. Unikel took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my baby. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very glad we found her.

Dr. Unikel is the best pediatrician I have ever seen. We have been seeing her at Virginia Pediatric Group since I gave birth. She is very knowledgeable and her bedside manner is awesome. As a first time mom I have so many questions each time, but she answers all my questions thoroughly and explains the medical terms in a way that is very easy to understand. She even wrote down the names of the products that we should get over the counter when my son had yeast infection. She gave useful and thoughtful caring tips when we were taking the baby to travel abroad. Plus she never rushes to leave like most of other doctors and as a parent I think this is very important. She's phenomenal.

We have been seeing Dr. Unikel at Virginia Pediatrics Group for two and a half years. We are always beyond satisfied with her care. She cares about the children, and explains things thoroughly in a way that we can understand, she also takes the time to answer our questions (we usually have many). Most importantly she is clearly competent and knowledgeable in her care of our children.
