if you value your health and you will not go to this doctor I actually ended up in ICU because of medication she gave me she was confrontational about everything and was absolutely under informative and very unprofessional I chose another doctor and then she sent me a letter saying that I was not conforming to her practices because I chose another doctor over her she's very childish

I just had my first appointment visit with Dr. Kalaher. She was so nice and spent a good amount of time getting my medical history. I really like her! And will be recommending my friends to her.

I have been seeing her for years and the drastic change in the last year in the way she has taken care of her patients has definitely left me searching for another doctor. She has called prescriptions not oyster into the wrong pharmacy but the wrong state! Does not do what she discussed with you in your appointment and has an attitude of not caring about her patients anymore. I used to love her now I dread going and cannot wait to change doctors.
Granite City, IL |
She's nice but you can't trust her. She says one thing and does another. She tries to get you to give symptoms that you don't have so she can up the the level of visit so she can up the charge. In reality it was promised to be a brief visit with minimal charge. When the insurance statement and bill came the charge was twice the amount. She doesn't order test where it is best according to your insurance. The office staff are not efficient and have minimal people skills. No trust in her.

I have been seeing Dr. Kalaher for 4 years. She is the best at listening to you and taking the time to understand what you are feeling. She asks questions and is always available when needed. She is very thorough when it comes to your care. I recommend her to all my family and friends.

This doctor takes time with you. Whether its going over test results, discussing symptoms or asking questions about medications, she will sit there with you until you feel comfortable enough with the topic. Whenever tests are required, she takes a less invasive to more invasive stance, trying not to order more tests than are necessary. She is very open to changing medications if they're not working or if they become to expensive and she makes herself available via email if you need help.
