Dr Hawkins was late for my appointment because she was also "on call" that afternoon and was called to the OR before my visit. Her staff kept me well informed about this and allowed me to decide to wait or reschedule. I waited, but not long, and Dr. Hawkins was her usual caring, expert and patient self.

I know I had a lot of really silly questions and I also brought a family member and friend to the appointment. I'm sure we probably went over the allotted appointment time but Dr. Hawkins was incredibly kind and patient and I did not feel rushed or that my silly questions were silly.
