This is the worst doctor's office I've ever experienced. I have scheduled 2 appointments. 1.5 months of waiting for the first appointment. First appointment was cancelled a few hours beforehand by voicemail message. Waited another month for the 2nd appointment. They left a voice mail (not even a live call) with a transcribed message on my phone 1 hour before the scheduled appointment to cancel it AGAIN. Worst customer service ever!

I visit Dr. Collins routinely for my lupus and she is the best. It took me years and multiple doctors until I got diagnosed, but she listened to and noted all of my concerns and symptoms, put the pieces together quickly and got me on the right treatment path.

I go to see Dr. Collins every six weeks for my Lupus. She is the most knowledgeable Rhuematologist I have been lucky enough to be a patient of. She is patient with me, and I can be a pain in the neck! She is thoughtful and caring about her patients! Great bedside manner, and calls me back when I call her with any questions or concerns that I have about my condition or medication. Her staff is wonderful as well, and getting an appointment to see her is never an issue. I am grateful to have her as my doctor!

Very nice thorough doctor who was very informative. However I required a prescription that required pre-authorization from my insurance company. It’s been four days since my visit and my insurance company has no record of any pre-authorization request. Also left message with doctors office regarding this and asking for a return call which I never received. Great doctor lousy office support.

First words out of her mouth? I don't prescribe opioids once she looked at my medication list from previous doctor and before examining me or reviewing MRI and other radiological tests. I felt judged and stigmatized for no reason. I didn't feel heard or respected as an individual or a patient.

I visited Dr. Collins because I was tired of my PCP telling me that my pain/fatigue was from working too much...... Dr. Collins LISTENED and ran the proper blood work to diagnose me with something I have probably had for over 20 years.. I am forever grateful to have chanced upon her because the medicine I take daily has been life changing... She is mild mannered and thorough with her questioning...I promise you will like her....

Dr. Collins is a very young but highly educated rheumatologist. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to....and she listens to everything you have to say about your aches and pains. She is willing to help you feel better in any way that she can. I have seen many rheumatologists in all the years I have been plagued by arthritis and she is one of the best I have seen.
