I only changed doctors because she moved from Flower Mound. I found her to be very attentive, listened well, was responsive, respectful and a good fit for those that are active individuals WRT fitness and lifestyle, regardless of age.

Dr. Gray's a soft-spoken doctor and cares for her patients. The only thing that made my experiences so bad was one of her nurses. I don't know how she was never fired for her rude remarks and condescending attitude, just like the other commenter mentioned. Each visit felt like a huge slap in the face. She must've been one of those bullies in high school who ended up becoming a mean nurse.

Physician stated my child needed a referral, followed up twice and never got a call back.
Got a letter stating office is closed on 1/31, but when you call the office closed on 1/1.

Her staff is rude and condescending. And the doctor thinks it is ok for a baby with a fever to have to wait weeks for an appointment. If our insurance had not assigned this person, we would not be with her.

Dr. Gray is really nice, caring, and competent. I would recommend her to anyone.
However, the Primary Care Associates office works very inefficiently and can't seem to get themselves organized. Referrals get lost, prescriptions get lost, faxes don't go through, and you have to be transferred several times to talk to the right person. It is a very serious problem for anyone who has insurance or needs prescriptions.
