One Cool Doctor!
It's not every day you meet a doctor like Dr. Shah! In movies and tv shows, they make doctors seem like they are kind and sincere, but from my previous experiences, the doctors I have met were hardened by the idiot patients they have to meet on a daily basis so they treat everyone poorly. This was not the experience I had with Dr. Shah and his lovely resident doctor who was also very personable, knowledgeable, and knew how to calm the nerves of a patient that gets nervous going to doctors as an adult. Dr. Shah was extremely informative and compassionate. He has great bedside manner and is very charismatic. I'm thankful to have found a doctor that I can trust! Highly recommend!

Dr. Shah and his entire practice are very through and address situations with seriousness and professionalism. They take an interest in their patients beyond reading a chart and take the time to listen to my feedback. They have consistently worked to find treatments and plans that fit me and my lifestyle.

My husband had an initial appointment with Dr. Shah back in June, 2019. The doctor spent minimal time with him, did not do any ordinary and expected assessments during his visit, and sent him for routine blood testing. We had to contact the office at least 5 times to get the proper paperwork for his tests, the office forgot to send 1 of the tests, and my husband had to return to the testing facility again to finish with his testing. The doctor never followed up with him, despite the fact that some of the blood test results were elevated.

Dr. Shah is one of the most knowledgeable and precise Dr I have ever visited. I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis and I had scheduled for an emergency visit at 3 p.m. Dr, Shah immediately set me up with a CT scan and was given treatment faster than I thought possible. He also followed up with me to see how I was feeling and what we need to due in the future for prevention. I would highly recommend this DR.. EXCELLENT!!

I've known Dr. Shah for over 10 years. He not only takes care of me but also my wife and son. Plus he took care of my mother for many years. He is comfortable in handling teen issues all the way through senior citizen concerns. His staff is kind and supportive in handling any patients needs. And the magazines in the waiting room are usually up to date. (OK, so I have magazine issues). But seriously, I trust Dr. Shah and always feel comfortable talking to him. I would gladly recommend him.

I think Dr Shah is great. I've been with him for decades and wouldn't consider going to another doctor. He takes time with you and actually LISTENS to you. He's relaxed, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. He's not the least bit arrogant like some other doctors can be. And I always trust his judgement.

What I like about him is how he educates patient in Lehman’s term your illness that anyone can understand. The staff is very courteous and organized too. Dr. Shah is a fair Physician. Over the years the wait times have shortened. It is not very organized going on behind the scenes. Messages are lost or not communicated, medication refills are missed or long to approve. His bedside manner is sarcastic, demeaning and he treats you as if you are not appreciated as a patient. We have questioned his decisions many times. He needs training in communication and empathy. The previous Dr P and K Patel were fantastic. What a shame it was left in his hands.
