Called SEVEN times, trying to make an appointment for my husband who has widespread chronic pain and needs a nerve conduction study. The first time, they took my insurance information, told me they needed to verify it, and then someone would call me back to make an appointment. The other 6 times the office staff kept promising to call me back later on when the office wasn't so crowded. They did not call me back. Ever. So, I called the Rothman Institute and got an appointment in 5 minutes.
