We have been patients of Dr Aprils and Dr Voigts since my 15 yr old was a toddler. I called today with an emergency and was told we are booking in July. I explained that my son is in pain with a severe sinus infection and my Allergist wants us to see our ENT. Her response was then i suggest you don't wait until July . I am saddened at the lack of compassion and outraged at the smug and condescending treatment by the office staff. h
