I called Mon 6/5/17 and got an appointment the next day for a shoulder injury. This was my first visit. The new patient paperwork process was quick and easy. I got the answers and advice I needed and FAST. Highly recommended!!!

He is very thorough and isn't one who wants to hurry up and just do surgery if he thinks it can be avoided. I was told from a PT that he is the only one she can say has a100% turnout on surgeries he performed. My gym instructor told me she can normally tell who had rotator cuff surgury and could tell I did until I mentioned it a couple of years later. She teaches me 4 days a week so she sees that I do weights and everything without problems.

Dr. Palo is very educated in his field. Loved his confidence in performing his procedures. Great bedside manner also.

Short visit; expected longer review since having severe trauma and multiple injuries in May 2016 Dismissed MRI, no educating me! Stated He would fix me up! Is not a shoulder specialist! Injected joint! Had severe shocking pain after injection of Lidocaine wore off, but explained via nurse that some people have "issues" after injection! I have tear to rotator cuff, nerve impingement and bicep tear with frozen shoulder! Getting second opinion! Just first visit, but not very impressed! Too rushed!

Dr. Palo's experience and professional manner exceeded my expectations during an emergency medically needed ORIF wrist surgery after an accidental fall. I was very pleased with the friendliness of Dr. Palo's office staff and Dr. Palo's care post surgery. O.W

Dr Palo actually talked me OUT of surgery when I ruptured my achilles tendon. He explained the pros and cons and said if it were me, I would not do surgery. The whole process of following me through physical therapy to back on my feet was one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor.
