I have visited many Orthopedic Doctors with serious shoulder lesions. No other physician took the time to understand the problem, discuss the history and prognosis. Finally found an Orthopaedic Surgeon worth his weight in gold.

Had an unfortunate accident fracturing my hip. Dr Wells was the on call othropediac surgeon at the hospital . I can not express the great care he provided to me. His calm demeanor kept my anxiety levels of what to expect at a low level. He explained everything to my spouse and me as to what the surgery entailed and how long my rehab would be. I was up and walking after the first day gingerly but after a few days I was up and walking with more confidence. I recommend Dr Wells very highly.

Sept. 26th 2016,I had suffered a horrific accident moving a heavy desk down a steep flight of stairs with the desk smashing through the fibula then tibia seeing the tibia protruding through the skin and bleeding. Ok enough of that, long story, cut to the chase,I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Wells as the surgeon to "fix" the mess in my lower left leg.Oct.1st was surgery day which went well, the very next day,I was discharged from the hospital on crutches, and made an unbelievable speedy recovery

Dr. Wells is one of those rare physicians who truly care about their patients and have passion for their job. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. He spends appropriate amount of time with the patient and does everything to detect the problem and fix it. Dr. Wells respects his patients, listens well and takes time to explain the medical condition. On top of it all, his stuff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting time is very short. I would definitely recommend him.

In a previous review, I complained about my account being sent to collect by Dr. Wells, office, This was told to me by the collection agency. When I call his office, I was told I had a zero balance. Recently, Dr. well called me explained me it wasn't his office, but the outpatient center, where the surgery was preformed. I am sorry for the poor review, and the misunderstanding. Dr. wells did an outstanding job with my surgery and wasn't to blame for the confusion with the collection agency

Came to Ft. Lauderdale from DE last winter. Had a torn meniscus and needed it attended to. After on line research, I found Dr. Wells and because of his high ratings and location I made an appointment with him. The appointment was made quickly and after my initial meeting/examination I decided to have him perform surgery to fix my problem. Surgery went very well as did the follow up care, exams, and therapy. Dr. Wells is highly professional but also exceptionally personable and efficient.
