I suffer from chronic migraines. I went from being in bed a lot of the time, to functioning normally again after treatment. I got a Neuro spinal stimulator, and it has been a life saver. I continue to see Dr. Rupert and he is always there to help me. I can't thank him enough! For the first time in my life I saw a doctor that had solutions, not just more medications loaded with side affects. He gave me hope, and best of all I can be a mom to my 3 children and a wife to my wonderful husband again!

After having diagnostic shots done by Dr. Rupert, which made pain much worse after numbing medication wore off, I was unable to reach his office on several days and got no return call from my voicemail. Would definitely not recommend this doctor.

Although Dr Rupert is busy man taking care of other patients, I don't mind waiting for. My chronic pain has tormented me for 13 yrs. I have had multiple secondary opinions. Dr Rupert shared options, his opinion regarding perm removal of bulging discs or a lesser approach, a spinal stimulator. If all else fails, remove my spine, and I'll worm my way through life. So far so good..

He has been rather unapproachable as a physician in my experience with him. He has also provided little info regarding a serious pain problem that I have experienced for 6 years following an accident. I have never requested controlled substances, I've only requested treatment through RF ablation and steroid injections. 2 years ago, I became very ill from an unrelated medical problem that caused me to have to cancel 3 appointments and even though he knew I was ill he suddenly dropped me. Poor.

I was kept waiting for one hour past my appointment. I was outright lied to about the cost of the service that day. The nerve block lasted THREE whole days. Steer clear of this clown ! If they will lie to one person, they will lie to everyone. They refused to explain the lie I was told. I've already reported him as fraud.
