Dr. Rosen himself is a competent and nice enough guy. But his insurance person is massively incompetent. After a while it became clear she just doesn't want to put any effort into her job. I had to read letters from the insurance company for her because she would not read past the first few lines. Caused me to go MONTHS without necessary prescriptions because she cant handle, or doesn't want to do, her job.

Dr. Rosen is a very unaccommodating doctor. I have seen him for years and recently switched insurances and now he is off my network and did not warn me what so ever. When I tried to get him call in antibiotics for condition he has treated me for the past couple years he refused and said I had to come in for a visit when he knew it would charge me a $100 plus just to give me a script for a $0-5 antibiotic. Will not go back

Dr. Rosen, and all of the other Practitioners in his practice, are friendly, kind and very good at what they do. I trust them not only with my healthcare, but with that of my family.

This is a very busy practice and, sometimes, they are unable to accept new patients. However, if you are lucky enough to become a patient, it is worth the wait. Dr. Rosen is pleasant, a good listener and is ready to answer questions. He's thorough and knowledgable. If your issue is not within his area of expertise, he will refer you to a specialist. The staff is accommodating, within reason, and are always appropriately friendly. The office is spotless.

He appeared to me as having a "God" complex. The facility itself is nice and the other health care providers are very good, professional and personable. The attitude this provider takes on (in my opinion) is hostile toward any patient who questions a diagnosis made or test/procedure ordered.
