Wait forever, push the pills! Not in to see him in person long enough to get the seat warm. RUDE AND GOSSIPING STAFF TOO! Loud enough for all waiting to hear.

Where do I start? Dr. Roh is consistently running late. Every appointment I have with him I wait for a good two hours. This is unacceptable. He does seem genuinely concerned Perhaps that’s why it takes him longer. To me it’s not worth the wait. He’s not that good of a doctor! The office staff has changed and they seem to have gotten it together. It’s better to use the website to get an appointment. If there is one available you most likely won’t get him. Lotta of improvement need!

Dr. Roh is fine but the office is a wreck and the patients look very unhealthy. The wait time on AVERAGE is 2 hours, not exaggerating. So disrespectful.

I absolutely ADORE Dr Roh but after three years I couldn’t stand the mess of the office he works in anymore. He is absolutely amazing but alas, the office he works in is not. Such a shame too. It is totally not his fault but I just couldn’t deal with all the other nonsense there anymore.

I absolutely love Dr. Roh, he is always out to help me and ask what I need. He always tells me to come in anytime if I need to see him. That's great but whenever I call to try and get in to see him in a timely manner, I am not able to get an appointment. At this time I am in terrible pain with my back and my right leg and knee. I tried to get an appointment to see him this week because the pain is affecting my sleep. I can't see him or anyone until next week. What do I do till then?

4 hour wait. Dr Roh seemed genuinely concerned with how to help me but office itself is VERY unorganized. Got to my appointment an hour early & STILL had to wait 2 & half hours AFTER my appointment time before I was called back & my 1st & 2nd appointments were not any better. As I was leaving the woman waiting in line to be checked out behind me said her appointment only took two & half hours this time which was the best yet she said but I don't think that's good. I wish I didn't have to need it

A Doctor who listens & remembers his patients! I travel and will continue to travel to have Dr Roh manage my muscular, spinal & nerve treatments. Dr Roh is in the patient room before the staff escorts me to the room. Yes, Dr Roh only uses one room! Doc explains in detail every recommendation, treatment and medication. He's the only Dr who has achieved a treatment plan that actually works! As a Realtor, I must be on the go! Dr Roh won't over medicate. He's a must on my medical care team!!!
