in Dunn, NC |
Really didn't seem like a competent doctor. Kind of snooty and acted like he was an expert when clearly he wasn't. Will not be returning to Jeffers and Mann.
in Raleigh, NC |
Respectful to patient. Takes time to answer parents' questions.
in Smithfield, NC |
We have been seeing Dr. Pepper for a little over 3 years for our two young children and we couldn't be happier with the level of care we have received from him. He really takes his time to listen to and discuss any questions or concerns we have. He is very caring and makes our shy children feel very comfortable. We always trust his recommendations and advice, especially when compared to other doctors in the same office. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends or family.
in Cary, NC |
No promised follow up and seemed incompetent on anything besides a common cold. Started out friendly but quickly showed his true colors when basic questions were asked. Any questions outside the box regarding my child's health seemed to annoy him.
