Went there for the first time a week ago. I could not get over how kind Dr. Olivo and his staff were to me. He listened to everything I had to say and had the upmost of patience. I look forward to going back to this office in a couple of weeks. Thank you Dr. Olivo!

The waiting time for his Professionalism with each and every patient and explain in detail each procedure is remarkable. You get what you pay for. Most doctors today don’t even listen to what you are saying, you would be lucky if they gave you three minutes of their precious and valuable time. I never leave a comment on these but thought it was necessary, because of my satisfaction of service from a doctor that you don’t see anymore. Thanks Dan Cherry Hill

On my first visit I was left waiting for over an hour and when I asked for my status, I was told that there were 2 patients ahead of me. I was on time for the appointment and would have appreciated more courtesy.

On two separate occasions my son had skin issues and it caused me a lot of anxiety. Both times I called dr. Olivo’s office and they didn’t have open appointments for at least 2 weeks. After realizing the amount of stress this was causing me, they got me in both times the same day. I was so appreciative. The dr was so kind and relieved my fears. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the issue I was worried about and the issue that he actually had.

after many years as a patient of Dr. Olivo, I stopped going. The wait time in his office is unacceptable. It was not unusual to wait an hour or more past my appt schedule timebefore seeing him. I can understand this happening once in a while but it was usually the standard. when I scheduled my last appt I asked to be the first patient after lunch so my wait would not be too long, but 20 minutes after my appt time, I was still waiting, as he saw the patient that arrived after me.

The exam/visit with Dr. Olivo was excellent. The wait time for a new patient routine check up was much longer than expected - 90 minutes before getting into the exam room. No mention from the staff of the long wait (i.e. we had an emergency etc.). I am hoping that this is an isolated incident and my follow up annual check will be with a manageable wait time.
