"
This content was provided by Dr. Noyes "As a shoulder specialist and former physical therapist, very few physicians have the experience and knowledge to make the correct diagnosis and more importantly assist patients in making the best decision for their treatment. My understanding of what truly needs surgery versus nonoperative treatment with a formal rehabilitation program is unparalleled. "
