New York, NY |
I have been coming to Dr. Marano's office for a few years now and the only reason is because he is suppose to be one of the best in this area. He saw my grandmother and my mother. They were very satisfied with him. The wait time in the patient office area is ridiculous! You rush to make the scheduled appointment on time only to sit in the reception area for over an hour. They call you & then you have to wait in another room for for another 15-20 minutes. Make sure you have set aside 3 hrs.

Extremely rude and unprofessional male assistant answering phones. Even the DMV shines in comparison. I am not coming back to this office and can't recommend it to anyone else.

Short Hills, NJ |
Excellent! I had LASIK done two weeks ago and have had two follow ups since. Every time I've visited the office, the staff has been professional and courteous. Dr. Marano is extremely knowledgeable and was reassuring throughout the procedure. And my vision is amazing!
