Instead of operating on me to correct my paralysis, Dr. Howard III chose to lie in order to protect his fellow surgeon, Dr. Patrick W. Hitchon. Dr. Hitchon is the neurosurgeon who intentionally paralyzed me. Since Dr. Howard III chose to lie I am now paralyzed for life. BEWARE of this surgeon.
