Waited an hour and a half before being seen. When the assistant finally took me to the exam room, I explained that I did not want the procedure, and that I had told the lady who called to confirm the appt the day before that I would not be having it. I just wanted the results of my CT, which had been done three weeks ago, and I had not been told of any results yet. He went out and asked someone at the front desk if I had told them I didn't want the procedure, which they denied I had informed them. I explained that I DID tell the confirmation person, to which the front desk replied, "Well you didn't tell ME." I guess it is too much to assume that the people at the front desk read any notes provided by the people who do the confirmation the day before.

Would not recommend. Dismisses all your symptoms. Told me nothing was wrong, even though anyone who would examine me would clearly see there was. Didn't even order any extra tests or examinations. My pain and swelling returned until I sought help at Methodist Hospital. Another Urologist at Methodist recommended therapy, which is improving my situation. This doctor did not even try or care.

This is mainly about his staff. They won't return calls for an appointment and they lost my medical records.

I like the Dr but the office is HORRIBLE. They never return your calls. They rarely answer the phone. They make you sit in the waiting room even though all you are doing is providing a urine sample. They are not responsive to you. It is so frustrating I have to look for a different doctor. Hoggatt i like but his staff is horrible.

The office is the worst I have ever seen. It seems they have all day lunch hour. You can't leave a message for them to call back or they even call you back. I would not recommend anyone to this office. The doctor is ok.

I have had many years(!) of bladder issues (numerous UTIs, overactive bladder, etc.). Recently, my urologist retired so I needed to find another doctor who could work with me and my bladder issues. Very personable and takes the time to listen to your specific issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoggatt for any urological issue you might be having!
