Dr Grunkemeyer was the best, he was so patient and nice to my grandma. We are Hispanic, and my grandma was worried because even though I can always translate she wanted to be able to explain it herself. He speaks Spanish and English which is such a great quality. He will definitely will be our doctor of choice from now on.

Dr. Grunkemeyer put my 4-year-old at ease when I brought her in with a broken wrist. He explained the cast to her in a way she could understand and helped calm any fears she had. As a parent, I found the friendliness and caring nature of the staff to be very reassuring.

I saw Dr Grunkemeyer during this nasty Covid-19 pandemic yet he was very polite and caring and never treated me like he was afraid of catching anything. Yes he used the necessary PPE as every one does, he still practiced like normal. His staff was as nice and polite as they were when I worked with them. I do miss that job.

Was having a lot of pain in my shoulder and arm. Couldn't lay on arm because of the pain. Have had a shot in that arm which did nothing. Dr. Grunekeyer took great care of my problem. Thank you Dr. Grunkemeyer.

I am 21 and have Cerebral Palsy. I am a nurse and my hip has recently been bothering me. I didn’t think much of it and went just to get it looked at, not thinking much of it. Turns out that I actually have bilateral hip dysplasia. At 21, I’ve been seeing my PCP and PT for a long time. While hip dysplasia isn’t uncommon with CP, I was never diagnosed. Grunkemeyer told me immediately what it was and referred me to someone who specializes. His PA, Matt, was awesome at addressing my concerns and even though I’m sad to hear this news, I’m grateful that I have a chance to fix this issue I always thought was normal. Thanks Dr. Grunkemeyer for giving me the answers I didn’t even know I needed!

On September 5, 2018 , Dr. Grunkemeyer did a double knee replacement for me and 11 days later I was up walking without a walker or cain . I have so much trust in his word and talent as a surgeon, that on March 8, 2019 he is doing surgery on both of my elbows . His willingness to take the time to discuss your ortho problem and his ability to make you as good as new is what's made me a repeat patient

Very rude, and flat out told me that the person who referred me to him didn’t know how to do their job. Told me that my MRI was a “fluke.”
